I’m Nick Kowalski, the founding attorney at Kowalski Law PLLC. I started this firm because I’ve seen firsthand how the right legal guidance can help companies grow and give individuals peace of mind about their future.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to work in diverse legal environments—from courtrooms to corporate counsel roles to my own practice. I’ve advised businesses on day-to-day operations and helped people plan for what matters most. Along the way, I’ve learned that the best legal solutions come from truly understanding my clients’ goals.

Before launching Kowalski Law, I spent nearly six years as in-house counsel at a software company, where I advised leadership on operations, compliance, contracts, human resources, data privacy, and cybersecurity.
Prior to that, I practiced business and real estate law at a regional firm, served as a Staff Attorney for a Common Pleas Court judge, and ran my first solo practice from 2013 to 2017.

I’m active in my community. I’ve served as a poll worker—and now Troubleshooter (polling location manager)—in Kenton County, Kentucky since 2020. I coach youth soccer and participate on the Steering Committee for the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Lawyers Connecting Beyond the Law initiative. I also serve on the board of Healthy Visions, which helps kids with issues beyond the classroom.
